Thanks again for fixing my teeth. They look awesome!

I came to Dr. Keenan with (4) completely rotten teeth. After the removal of the old teeth, I was fitted for a partial. They worked with my financial situation and my insurance. I didn’t’ have to pay anything until after my insurance paid. They are professional, funny, and great to work with. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have never had a problem one with my partial. I came back for a few touch-up on my other teeth. My smile is beautiful and I owe it all to the Team at Dr. Decker’s office. They are outstanding people. I would suggest them 1st  to anyone.

After my relocation to the Northwest Arkansas area, I tried several dentists that did not meet my expectations.  A friend recommended Dr. Decker to me and I have been a regular patient for many years now.  I no longer dread visiting the dentist.  I know that my dental health is Dr. Decker’s primary concern, his work is excellent, he takes the time to explain his procedures, and his staff is always friendly and courteous.  I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a dentist and especially those who may have a little anxiety about dental work.

Dr Decker has been our family dentist for over 14years.  We enjoy the friendly staff and really appreciate and trust Dr Decker.  We moved to Wichita earlier this year, and actually made the trip to Arkansas for our check ups and a second opinion on some major work for Lisa.  Dr Decker fixed the problem with a simple solution saving us dollars and more importantly avoiding a whole lot of pain and inconvenience for Lisa. Sandy at your office is a real compliment to your staff, each time I’ve spoken with her she has been very pleasant and I can hear the excitement in her voice. She really likes her job and it shows. I appreciate her attentiveness to my needs and calling or e-mailing me when there’s been a cancellation. I told Sandy via e-mail that she’s a real gem and that you and Dr. Decker need to hold onto you. I don’t know if she’s your office manager, receptionist, scheduler or maybe she’s all three; she’s doing a great job. She’s the first voice and face that customers hear and see and she makes it very pleasant. She was a good choice.

Oh and can I brag on someone else? Lacy assisted Dr. Decker during my “visit” and she was really great; so calm, gentle and really made me feel at ease.

I don’t actually enjoy going to the dentist; but I appreciate Dr. Decker’s “bedside” manner. He doesn’t recommend work on my teeth if it will not be of benefit to me. He’s very kind, understanding to my fear of pain and he tries to put himself in my shoes. I also like that he tells me what he’s going to do instead of taking the “bull in the china closet” approach. The Golden Rule – treat others the way you want to be treated. Dr. Decker and his assistant compliment each other very well which always puts me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Decker to anyone wanting a dentist for life.
